Refund policy

Contact us within 30 calendar days after receiving your package in order to qualify for a refund or exchange. To receive a refund or exchange all items must be in their original packaging.

Original shipping charges are not refunded and customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. In order to qualify for a refund or exchange you must mail the merchandise back within 30 calendar days.

We can not issue a refund on items that have been lost in the mail. Please be sure to keep your tracking number.

All gift card purchases are final sale. Gift cards cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash.
